Alkistis heads up the User Research, Service Design, Interaction Desing, Content Design and Performance Analysis teams at Companies House, an Executive Agency of the Department of Business and Trade.
In her role, she leads on the mapping the user experience to impact how services are delivered and plans what user research, design and analysis activities will be required for upcoming digital projects. Previous to this role, Alkistis was a Digital Assessor for The Service Standard team at the Government Digital Service.
