Building great products and successful teams
Monzo’s team of designers has grown from three to 21-strong in just over a year. Juliana works with engineers, product managers, researchers and people from different disciplines every day. And although they focus on different parts of the product, they all have one thing in common: they collaborate to create great solutions
But how do we do this in a fast-paced environment where the context is ever changing? How do we ship impactful features as quickly as we can?
