Olumide is a talent management & organisational development professional who spends most of his time supporting people, teams and organisations with information and inspiration to make transitions and advancements.
His current role as a learning and development lead for an international charity operating in over 34 countries and with over 1,000 staff has consistently required engaging multi-functional concerns with collaborative approaches that provide capacity development solutions that can be scaled or applied in different contexts.
With previous roles in consulting and work experience across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors; I have had a front-row view of experiencing collaboration as a tool for change and transformation. He has an MSc in Organisational Change & Development and a bias for research and technology optimisation.
